Privacy notice

Clear about the information we receive.

This notice explains how information submitted through the Limuria Intelligence website may be collected and used.

Information you provide

When you submit an enquiry, we may receive your name, email address, organization, role, enquiry category, preferred engagement model and the information you include in your message. Please do not submit passwords, account credentials or unnecessary sensitive personal information through the website form.

Technical information

Our hosting environment may generate standard server information such as IP address, request time, requested page, browser or device information and security logs. No analytics provider is configured in the public page markup at present; if that changes, this notice will be updated to describe the relevant collection and controls.

How information may be used

We may use website information to respond to enquiries, assess potential mandates or partnerships, operate and secure the website, improve content and user experience, maintain records, prevent abuse and meet applicable legal obligations.

Enquiry storage and email

The enquiry endpoint validates the request and writes submitted details to a server-side data/enquiries.jsonl file before attempting delivery to Limuria’s advisory email address. The data directory is denied by the website’s web-server access rules, and the endpoint requires private directory and file permissions where the hosting environment supports them. Stored enquiry records older than 180 days are pruned during a later write; email, hosting or backup copies can follow separate provider retention practices. A separate rate-limit file stores recent timestamps against a one-way hash of the connecting IP address; it does not contain enquiry text. Explicit cross-origin requests are rejected, while requests without an Origin header remain supported for direct or legacy form submissions. If email is not accepted by the server, the record is retained for operator recovery and the form receives a failure rather than a success response.

Browser fallback storage

If an enhanced enquiry request fails, the current website may temporarily keep the entered form fields in your browser’s localStorage under limuria_pending_inquiries to support retry. This is controlled by your browser, is not the server enquiry record and may contain the information you entered. Clear this site’s browser storage after a failed submission if you do not want it retained locally.

Service providers

Our page styles currently request font stylesheets and font files from Google Fonts, using fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. Loading those resources can disclose your IP address, browser and request metadata to Google, subject to Google’s policies. We may also rely on other service providers for hosting, email, security or website infrastructure; those providers may process limited information necessary to deliver their services, subject to their own terms and applicable arrangements.

Retention

The enquiry workflow automatically prunes records older than 180 days when a subsequent enquiry is written. This does not control copies held in email systems, hosting backups or security logs, which may follow their own retention practices. We otherwise retain website information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage a potential business relationship, protect the website or meet applicable obligations, and should remove it when no longer needed. Browser fallback storage remains until it is cleared, overwritten or removed by your browser.

LiOS and client data

Descriptions of LiOS on this website refer to product architecture and direction. Data handling for a released LiOS product or a client engagement should be governed by the applicable product documentation, agreement and configuration rather than this general website notice.

We may update this notice as the website, products, service providers or legal requirements change. The version published on this page is the current website notice.
